Mockberg is a Swedish jewellery and accessories brand defined by a clean Scandinavian aesthetic. With our first stand-alone store and our first store outside Sweden - we are creating an important new touchpoint for our customers across the DACH region.
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Assistant who will make every customer interaction memorable - in store and online. As the face of Mockberg in Berlin, you bring our clean Scandinavian design to life, build genuine relationships with our customers and support the successful launch of our first store outside Sweden. You will work closely with the Store Manager and contribute directly to the store's sales, service standards and day-to-day operations.
Your Role
You will be a key part of our new store team, delivering an outstanding customer experience both in store and for online orders fulfilled from Berlin. Working closely with the Store Manager, you help bring the Mockberg brand to life locally and support the store's launch and growth from day one.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales
Customer Care: You create memorable experiences for our customers - whether in store, by phone or online - and are a genuine, approachable point of contact.
Product Expertise: You confidently present our jewellery and accessories and answer product questions with strong knowledge of our collections.
Clienteling: You build authentic, personal relationships with our customers and help grow a strong Mockberg community across all touchpoints.
Sales Contribution: You actively contribute to sales targets and KPIs together with your team, not just for it.
Store & Order Operations
Order Fulfilment: You support the processing of online orders fulfilled from the store, working with our webshop and logistics systems from picking to shipping.
Visual Merchandising: You help maintain our visual merchandising standards and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Returns & Feedback: You manage customer inquiries, returns and reviews with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
Team & Continuous Improvement
Team Collaboration: You work closely with the Store Manager and your colleagues to create an inspiring, high-performing store environment.
Positive Energy: You bring positive energy to every customer interaction and act as a direct voice for our customers within the team.
Process Improvement: You question existing processes and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve our customer experience.
Market Awareness: You stay informed about new launches, collections and what's happening in Berlin's fashion and creative scene.
What You Bring
Fluent German and English for daily customer interactions and collaboration with our international team.
A strong sense of style and genuine passion for fashion, jewelry and people.
Based in Berlin and able to work on-site in our Hackescher Markt store.
Structured, proactive and confident taking initiative and solving things independently.
Known for your helpfulness - you stay friendly and empathetic, even in challenging situations.
You bring positive energy and humility, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, as required by the business.
